To make your account easier to remember it can be set to be your BT home telephone number. You can also set your own 4 digit PIN.
Speed dial and last number redial facilities are available. The BT Chargecard helpline number is 0800 345 144 and is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer operator assistance for call connections, pin requests, access code enquiries and for reporting lost and stolen cards. This line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be contacted in the UK by dialling 144 or 0800 144 144 and holding the line. If you are abroad and wish to contact us, please dial the access code for the country that you are in and hold the line.
