Call charges for direct debit customers

Notes:

1. Calls from the UK are charged per second, with a one minute minimum fee.
2. Calls made using a Chargecard from a mobile may attract an additional charge from your mobile operator.
3. Incoming calls to the UK from abroad and calls between countries outside of the UK are charged per minute from when the call is connected, with a minimum charge of one minute.
4. A fee of £1.79 (incl VAT) is charged to all BT Chargecard Operator Connected Calls. However, no charge is made on fallback to a BT operator.
5. VAT is charged only on calls originating within an EU country.
6. Calls to a UK mobile will incur an additional charge of 16.34ppm (incl VAT).
7. Calls from UK landlines to UK mobiles cost 29ppm (incl VAT), this is made up of 12.26ppm plus the 16.34ppm additional charge.
8. Calls made to a non-UK mobile will incur an additional charge of 20ppm (incl VAT).
9. Calls from a BT payphone will incur an additional charge of 14.4ppm.
10. These prices do not apply to Business Chargecard customers; customers who have their Chargecard charges billed to a credit or debit card; or those who pay directly via a Direct Debit.
11. Prices quoted for calling a UK landline excludes premium rate numbers, directory enquiries, Internet and paging services. Other exclusions apply.
12. VAT applied to the prices above is at the rate of 20%
