Prices for customers who have their Chargecard charges billed to a credit or debit card; or those who pay directly via a direct debit.

Notes:
- Calls from the UK are charged per second with a 20p minimum fee.
- Calls made using a Chargecard from a mobile may attract an additional charge from your mobile operator
- A fee of £1.75 is charged to all BT Chargecard Operator Connected Calls. However, no charge is made on fallback to a BT operator.
- Incoming calls to the UK from abroad and calls between countries outside of the UK are charged per minute from when the call is connected, with a minimum charge of one minute
- VAT is charged only on calls originating within an EU country
- Daytime: Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm
- Evenings: Monday - Friday before 6am and after 6pm
- Weekend: All day Saturday and Sunday
