Notes:

1. Calls from the UK are charged per second with a 20p minimum fee.
2. Calls made using a Chargecard from a mobile may attract an additional charge from your mobile operator
3. A fee of £1.79 is charged to all BT Chargecard Operator Connected Calls. However, no charge is made on fallback to a BT operator.
4. Incoming calls to the UK from abroad and calls between countries outside of the UK are charged per minute from when the call is connected, with a minimum charge of one minute
5. VAT is charged only on calls originating within an EU country
6. Daytime: Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm
7. Evenings: Monday - Friday before 6am and after 6pm
8. Weekend: All day Saturday and Sunday
9. These prices apply to those customers who had their Chargecard charges billed to a credit or debit card prior to 1/10/11
