Notes:

1. Calls from the UK are charged per second, with a one minute minimum fee.
2. Calls made using a Chargecard from a mobile may attract an additional charge from your mobile operator.
3. Incoming calls to the UK from abroad and calls between countries outside of the UK are charged per minute from when the call is connected, with a minimum charge of one minute.
4. A fee of £1.79 is charged to all BT Chargecard Operator Connected Calls. However, no charge is made on fallback to a BT operator.
5. VAT is charged only on calls originating within an EU country.
6. Calls to a UK mobile will incur an additional charge of 16.34ppm. As shown in the table above, calls from UK landlines to UK mobiles cost 29ppm, this is made up of 12.26ppm plus the 16.34ppm additional charge.
7. Calls made to a non-UK mobile will incur an additional charge of 20ppm.
8. Calls from a BT payphone will incur an additional charge of 14.4ppm.
9. These prices do not apply to Business Chargecard customers or those customers who pay their Chargecard charges directly via a direct debit.
