Please access the Chargecard Service via 144 or 0800 144 144. Insert your card account Number and existing PIN, then key *4 and follow the voice prompts.

Your PIN will be changed within 2 minutes.

If you have forgotten your PIN

Please access the Chargecard Service and hold for an operator to assist you or call Freefone 0800 345 144 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
