Making a call

BT Chargecard is not limited to just making voice calls. It can also be used for making data calls from your Personal Computer e.g. Electronic Mail, Viewdata Services, File Transfers, sending faxes, Remote Access and connecting to Internet.

Once you have installed the modem software and connected your modem between your PC and the telephone socket, you can make data calls to any destination using your BT Chargecard.

If you have Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Windows 98, you will be able to use the Dialer.
