Making a call is easy. Just follow the simple steps below and start calling your friends and family today.

You might find it easier to program the access number into your mobile phonebook 0113 3944780.

1. Dial the access number 0113 3944780*
2. You will be told the balance of your account, dial *6 if you want to top up your account
3. Dial the international destination number including the international country code
4. Press *6 to top up account over the phone
5. Press ## to make a follow-on call
   

*The call to the access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline number for the duration of the call. Please contact your mobile provider to find out the charge. BT will not charge you for the time spent listening to voice prompts and pricing information but any mobile provider charges will apply.
